The staff, particularly Ana and Sara, were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. the luxurious three-bedroom apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. the location was unbeatable, just steps away from Harrods and surrounded by charming cafes and shops. the hospitality of the staff, the convenience of the location, and the overall value for money make this hotel a must-visit for anyone traveling to London. We can't wait to return and experience the exceptional service and luxury all over again.
